Meet Our Speaker

Andi Jarvis is the Founder and Strategy Director of Eximo Marketing, a marketing strategy consultancy based in Belfast and Liverpool.
Eximo Marketing solves strategic marketing problems for our clients. Their mission is strategy x people = performance, which means they help companies find more customers by creating effective marketing strategies, fixing under-performing parts of their campaigns, and providing training to educate and engage their teams.
Andi has worked with brands like Expedia and Budweiser but spends most of his days working B2B, shaping their marketing and giving their teams the skills to thrive.
Additionally, Andi hosts the Strategy Sessions podcast, runs a remote marketing strategy course with the Executive Education Centre at the University of Vaasa, Finland, and runs a fundraising, Friends Of , where marketers volunteer to provide consultations to small businesses to raise money for Barnardo's.
Meet the Head of INCO Academy Ireland
Clare Allen is the Program Manager for INCO Academy in Ireland. In parallel to this, Clare runs her business MCA Marketing which focuses on marketing organisations’ sustainability efforts.
With over seven years marketing experience, Clare has worked with organisations like Glanbia on the B2C landscape and B2B business, TransferMate Global Payments. Through the lens of her own business, Clare worked with smaller businesses to launch new products, manage campaigns, coordinate events, reach global markets and devise new strategies.
Marketing and Project Management aside, Clare is an animal lover and passionate about sustainability.
